This application helps us determine if our program is a fit for your needs, and if so, match your pet with a safe, loving temporary home while you get the help you need. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will have a foster who is available and a match for your animal(s). Other temporary care options include:

**Please only utilize the Ruthless Kindness foster program if you are committed to reclaiming your animal in the agreed upon time period. We do not have an animal shelter or an adoption program, therefore, animals who are unclaimed by the agreed upon date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned animals are a strain on our program, and will need to be rehomed, surrendered to a local shelter or animal control program, or in instances with no other feasible options, euthanasia is possible. For some people, when reclaiming after a foster period is unlikely to be possible, it is a better option to permanently rehome your animal. CONFIDENTIALITY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Your safety is our top priority and the details for your pets location and this agreement are confidential. The foster who provides care for your pet will not know your name, details or location, and photos will never be shared without your permission. We understand that this is a challenging time, and we want to support you and your animal with compassion.
